1989

Became the Sole Agent for JMS Co.,Ltd, Japan, for JMS Meditape

1991

Started its first manufacturing plant at Achhad, Maharastra for External Preparation and Small Volume Parentals

2006

Started another Manufacturing plant at Atgaon, Maharashtra for Aero Healthcare and surgical products.

2016

Slitting, Rewinding and Packing setup JMS Meditape in collaboration of JMS CO.Ltd, Japan.

2017

Collaboration with Mediply Inc, Phillipines, company started International branches jointly ie Hemant Phillipines, Ph and Mediply International, CA, USA.

2018

Signed Technical Transfer MOU with SWS Company, to Assemble Dialysis Machines in India.

2019

Started its First State-ofthe-art Standalone London Dialysis Centre at Fortis Suit, Nairobi, Kenya.

2020

A Setup for mfg. intravenous & Blood transfusion with collaboration of JMS Singapore at Bhiwandi, Mh.

2021

Started Importing and providing one stop solution for - ICU, Modular OT, Critical Care and Radiology.

2022

During the fiscal year 2021-22, we reached a significant milestone by surpassing a turnover of RS 100 crore.

2023

Hemant Surgical Industries Limited (HSIL) made its Listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange-SME Platform and experienced a remarkable 100% surge in share price.
