  • On our website prices we don’t disclose our product pricing and all our products and services exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due at the time of placing the order. We do not process orders until the payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • In case of payment by credit/debit card, your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.
  • For bank transfers, please ensure that the payment is made to the correct given Bank Account mentioned in the order confirmation email.

Refund Policy:

  • We strive to provide you with the highest quality healthcare products, medical equipment, and surgical products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy subject to the following conditions:
    • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence to process your refund request. Once the product is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
    • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the product following our return policy (mentioned below).
    • Change of Mind: We understand that preferences may change. If you have a change of mind and wish to return the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Return Policy:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
